'Knight Light' Environment Concept & Texture Work
These pieces were created as part of my work on an Academic game team for a 3D combat game titled 'Knight Light'. My role involved creating a concept to guide the 'wonky' style of the buildings and environment assets as well as the painterly textures we hoped to achieve.

I also created a set of modular interior illustrations, separated into foreground, midground, and background pieces that could be randomly mixed and matched to create a variety of bedrooms & other interiors. Our VFX artist Sahara Lucas then assembled those layers into a window shader with a parallax effect that created the illusion of depth in the windows of buildings.
In addition to my work on the window material, I hand-painted many of the tileable textures used in our environment.

'The Forest God is not What We Expected' - Concept Illustration
Protagonist for Unannounced Indie Game Project - 'Cosmo'
The plan for this game's development is to have 2D hand-animated character sprites against an environment of 3D assets. Because of this, during the iteration process I tested designs against concept art produced for the game to ensure the character stood out both in shape and color.
